Our Team
Anita grew up in Rusk, Texas and graduated from Rusk High School. In 1986, she received her Associate in Arts from Tyler Junior College. After graduating from UT Tyler in 1988 with a BBA in Accounting, Anita joined a CPA firm in San Antonio. She received her CPA Certification in 1993 and worked as a partner in that firm until 1997. She then moved back to Rusk and started her private practice, while still maintaining her San Antonio clients. The firm today serves individuals and businesses in the Rusk area, as well as Cherokee County, San Antonio, and several other areas in Texas. We hope to continue to grow in both size and reputation for quality service, expertise and creative problem-solving.
Anita is a member of the Rusk Chamber of Commerce, East Texas Better Business Bureau, American Institute of CPAs, Texas Society of CPAs, and East Texas Chapter of CPAs. She is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She enjoys her family and country living.

Marilyn has lived in Rusk most of her life. After Rusk High School she began work as a teller at a local savings and loan and has gained extensive knowledge in all areas of accounting by working in several different area businesses.
After joining Anita L. Woodlee, CPA, PC in December, 2001, she became a Quick Books ProAdvisor and provides service to the clients in areas of payroll, payroll reports, accounts receivable and payable as well as Corporate, Partnership, Franchise and Individual tax returns.
Marilyn lives in Rusk with her husband, John, their dog Missy, and 2 cats, Bob and Charlie. She has a daughter and son that also live and work in the East Texas area so she is able to be with her grandchildren in her spare time.
She received her Associates of Science from Jacksonville College in 2005. She earned her Bachelors of Business in Administration with a concentration in accounting at UT Tyler in 2007 and has worked for Anita L. Woodlee, CPA, PC since graduation. She is a member of the Who's Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges as well as being a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Her concentration is in individual and small business tax preparation and planning.
While achieving a successful career, Jaclyn enjoys fishing, playing with her Bassett hound and spending time with her family and friends.
Lindsay graduated from Rusk High School in 2007 and she has worked for Anita L. Woodlee, CPA, PC since January 2009. She is currently attending Tyler Junior College with a double major in Accounting and Fine Arts. In her spare time she enjoys practicing a diverse range of art and spending time with friends and family.
